DCN Diving is contracted by Herbosch-Kiere for the designing, fabrication and installation of a modular cofferdam. The cofferdam has a dimension of 19m width x 5m height.
The cofferdam is successfully installed at the Berendrechtsluis in Antwerp, Belgium. The cofferdam is installed to create a dry space of 175m3 for the provision of a concrete repair of the bridging construction support.
The project was initiated following a collision between a ship and the quay wall in December 2019 (Ref. https://www.gva.be).
